Please read Recovering Your Soul's cancellation & refund policy carefully. These are the general Policies that Recovering Your Sou, affiliates, and partners operate by. By scheduling wellness sessions and/or using Recovering Your Soul you agree to be bound by these Policies and Procedures. Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us, and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there can be some unexpected things that can come up in our lives. While we are truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from scheduling time with our Coaches. In fairness to all clients as well as to all Coaches, our policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Recovering Your Soul has a minimum 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If a one-off coaching session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge. If the coaching package of 8 sessions has been paid in full in advance, the client forfeits the missed or canceled coaching session without a full or partial refund for the time. Paid in full, clients can continue scheduling their remaining coaching sessions. If the client does not have any remaining sessions other than the canceled session, the client is required to purchase a one-off coaching session or another full package to schedule more coaching time. If the client is making payments towards the coaching package and the coaching session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge and forfeits the missed or canceled coaching session without a refund for the time.
Reminder Email & Text
As a courtesy, we will send an email and/or text reminder about your reserved appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
How Do I reschedule?
Changing the time or date of your appointment can be done by canceling your existing appointment and scheduling a new one via our online booking system. Online cancellation is only possible outside of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you can use our scheduling website https://calendly.com/recoveringyoursoul/wellness to reschedule your appointment or contact Recovering Your Soul directly by email at info@recoveringyoursoul.com or phone 470-507-1735 and request to reschedule your appointment. Should you be directed to voicemail, any messages left detailing your request to reschedule prior to the 24-hour deadline will be honored.
How do I cancel?
Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment can be done using our online booking system. Alternatively, you can contact Recovering Your Soul directly and request to cancel your appointment by email at info@recoveringyoursoul.com or by phone at 470-507-1735. Should you be directed to voicemail, a message left detailing your cancellation prior to the 24-hour deadline will be honored. Cancellations with the 24-hour session window will be considered last minute, and you will be charged the full amount of the reserved service appointment booking.
Refunds
Because of the nature of the services and materials provided, the information and materials contained in this site, including text, graphics, links, or other items that are provided after a wellness session, refunds can not be provided under any circumstance.
Know the process
We require a debit/credit card to hold your scheduled reservation. A hold for the full amount of the coaching session will be placed on your card at the time of scheduling. You can reschedule or cancel your session free of charge, with a minimum of 48-hour notice prior to your session. Should you be unable to make it to your appointment, cancel, or miss your scheduled session, no refunds will be provided. Attempts to change your scheduled appointment within 24 hours, your reserved appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will be applied. “No shows” are considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will be applied. If Recovering Your Soul has to cancel/reschedule your reservation, you can choose to reschedule or accept free cancellation.
